015: Weight Loss, The Value of Mentorships, and Fitness Protocols For Performance

In today’s episode, I open up and share my fitness protocol for dropping from 240 to 160 pounds over the course of one year and a half. Unlike previous attempts, the success of my weight loss while maintaining strength stemmed from the importance of baseline knowledge, developing a versatile fitness program, and staying committed to the athletic mindset. Furthermore, I discuss the value I gained from believing in my purpose, my “why”, for embedding fitness into my life. As we approach the summer, I thought it’d be fun to step back and reflect on the success and failures of my fitness journey and share the knowledge I’ve gained through my fitness mentors. I hope y’all enjoy this episode and I can’t wait to see you crush your own fitness goals.
